| Dover Public Library | Horizon has been retained by the City of Dover to assist with fundraising for the state's first "anchor" library project, a $4.2 million campaign that began in early 2010, working with Library Director Margie Cyr. |
| The Worcester County Developmental Center | The Worcester County Development Center (WCDC) has retained Horizon to help raise funds for a new $4.5 million service facility in Newark, MD to replace their building that was destroyed by fire in late 2007.
